The Trial revolution starts here
Sincro MY 2026
SINCRO is the result of a completely new project, designed to create perfect SYNCHRONY between rider and bike, transforming every movement into pure expression of control and fluidity. The new hydroformed aluminium frame, the engine redesigned from scratch, the revamped design and an entire vehicle designed around the needs of modern riders make riding more natural, precise and instinctive. A lightweight, compact and responsive platform, available in 125, 250, 300 and 300 SS versions, which opens up the future of Beta's vision in the world of trial.
Hydroformed aluminium
The frame of the new SINCRO has been redesigned from scratch. The main spar with integrated fuel tank remains the basis, but the geometry and forged front and rear elements have changed and are now connected to the new hydroformed aluminium body. These components increase handling and give the bike a modern and refined design. The engine continues to perform a structural function, with new mounting points that improve flexural and torsional rigidity. The rear monoshock mountings have also been revised, helping to improve handling in technical sections and overcome obstacles with even greater fluidity. The result is a more balanced and intuitive platform that reduces fatigue and makes riding feel natural at every level.
NEW GENERATION chassis
The SINCRO's structure has been developed with the aim of achieving a more immediate response and improved obstacle clearance. The fork and monoshock have undergone substantial upgrades that increase progression, absorption and control, ensuring the rider always gets the responsiveness they want. The new, more advanced and horizontal monoshock layout and the completely redesigned link improve progression, traction and predictability of response. Modifications to the monoshock mounts and overall optimisation of the balance make the SINCRO more stable and natural to ride, especially in technical sections.
ATTENTION TO DETAILS
The new swingarm, redesigned and 100 grams lighter, improves rigidity and strength while minimising welds. The new forged steering plates offer greater precision and a more modern design, while the updated wheel hubs ensure a more direct response when changing direction. These elements complete the technical identity of the SINCRO range and confirm its generational leap. Rounding out the package are a new airbox integrated into the frame, an optimised electrical system and a set of redesigned plastics to harmonise form and function, with the map switch now perfectly integrated into the upper line.
NEW 2-STROKE HEART
The new SINCRO engine is the result of a completely revised design. The engine casings adopt a new configuration with the starter lever on the right and the final drive on the left, a choice that has allowed the layout and internal spaces to be redefined. The main focus has been on centralising the rotating masses: a more compact and lighter flywheel, a crankshaft with increased diameters and inertia, and an intake positioned directly in the cylinder, without intermediate passages. This allows the reed valve to be brought closer to the combustion chamber, improving engine responsiveness and freeing up space for possible electric ignition. The combination of all these changes improves rideability in all situations, with smoother, more responsive and controllable power delivery. In addition, the new magnesium alloy crankcases contribute to an overall weight reduction of approximately 800 grams compared to the previous generation.
MAXIMUM HANDLING
The clutch now uses a cup spring system, derived from the Beta enduro range and optimised for trials. The actuator has been designed to maintain ideal pressure on the piston at all times, ensuring consistent operation and greater responsiveness to the lever. The new transmission layout contributes to a more compact powertrain and an overall weight saving of approximately 800 grams compared to the previous generation.
ENGINE COOLING CIRCUIT
The new radiator is more compact but maintains the same heat exchange capacity thanks to the remodelling of the tanks. The new tilting anchoring system on the lower pins protects the cap area from possible impacts, contributing to the sleek lines of the bike. The water pump and internal fluid passages have been redesigned to avoid direct contact with the clutch cover, without resorting to external pipes, ensuring a cleaner, safer and more efficient system.
